GROUT AND TILE CLEANING

Grout is a porous substance that is subject to staining by dirty mop water, spillage and other contaminants. Fraser Valley Cleaning will apply a commercial tile and grout solution to your entire tile floor, after which, all grout lines and tiles are agitated using hand brush or floor machines. The cleaning solution is then removed using a high pressure extractor designed to pull dirt from the tiles and grout pores. The floor is then rinsed and ready to be sealed.​

COLOR STAINING/SEALING

Color Sealing creates a long-lasting, durable layer of protection that prevents dirt and spills from absorbing into your grout. Your original color is "locked in" while spills dirt and stains are "sealed out". Common household spills can be easily wiped away leaving the grout looking like the day it was installed.

Color Sealer is thoroughly brushed into each grout line by hand. After the Color Sealer is applied, the excess is then removed and the floor is buffed back to "like original" condition.

RE GROUTING

While your tile will maintain their original beauty, shower/tub grout joints will typically begin to deteriorate and discolor over a period of time making mud and mildew almost impossible to clean. Our process of removing and re-grouting will give your shower/tub that new look at a fraction of the replacement cost, and full use of your shower/tub is usually 48 hours after completion.
